Get rid of windows

I received the Ubuntu CD Installer from www.shipit.ubuntu.com

I reformated my hard drive and deleted windows.

I installed Ubuntu. Now, I'm satisfied.

you can get ubuntu cd locally, through whether believe it or not... suking dibidi shop.

I don't know if you can get ubuntu cds locally..

cause i've got mine from the netherlands..^^

i've waited 3 weeks for that!

I think you're right that we can't get cd's locally. That's why I downloaded the ISO file myself. I can't wait three weeks... Especially since seeing compiz-fusion in action. HAHAHA

I was able to get copies of 6.06 and 7.04 from a friend of mine.
